SLETH

SLETH is a team of architects specializing in planning, architecture, and concept development.
Our main focus is architecture related to urban development.
Our services range from concepts and ideas to the execution of urban planning and construction projects.
Since the beginning of 2006 the team has stood out on several occasions, winning prizes and distinctions.
Right now we are completing projects – ranging from design to urban planning.
The office continuously participates in architectural competitions and research projects. We collaborate with colleagues and academic institutions as an important part of our professional development.
We are operating projects that range geographically and by type, working with public and private organizations as well as privately held companies and independent constructors.
SLETH was founded in 2006 and is being led by architects Søren Leth and Rasmus Therkildsen.
We are based in Denmark with offices in Aarhus and Copenhagen.

11 12 Europan 11. SLETH receives 1. prize in the international competition Europan 11. With the proposal Islev Identity in Rødovre, Copenhagen. DK
11 06 Nordhavnen. The Copenhagen City Council has approved the planning documents for the first stage of the development; Aarhusgade quarter. Construction work is expected to start in 2012.
11 06 Summer party. C’est la vie – The annual summer party will be held on June 24. Bienvenue.
11 06 Exhibiting at Danish Architecture Centre. ‘What makes a livable city’ - From 10th June until October the North Harbour project will be a part of the exhibition on architecture and urban development in Copenhagen.
11 05 Lecture. Lars gave a lecture to a French delegation of executives visiting Copenhagen. The event was arranged by the French embassy in Denmark
11 05 Caen. In collaboration with L´AUC Paris and two other teams SLETH have been selected to collaborate on a vision on the refurbishment of a 300ha old industrial area and port, the Caen Peninsula.
11 04 Bruxelles. Among almost 200 submissions SLETH are selected to exhibit our contribution in the International competition about the Brussels Courthouse. The project is on display at the Centre for Fine Arts/BOZAR.
11 04 Rødovre. SLETH receives a purchase in the competition for the Rødovre South. DK.
11 03 Nordhavnen. We look forward to present the plans for the first phase of the new urban area in Copenhagen. The planning documents will be proclaimed during summer 2011 after an intense planning phase.
11 03 Lecture. Søren is giving a lecture at the Aarhus School of Architecture Department of landscape and planning on the topic Sustainable Urban Design.
11 02 Lecture. In May Lars will give a lecture about Nordhavnen at the Green Urban Transformers-Class at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts – School of Architecture.
11 01 Odense. In collaboration with Alectia, CCO, Schul+Okra – we are shortlisted in the competition for the transformation of Thomas B Thriges Gade in Odense City. A 55.000 m2 area of streetscape into cityscape.
12 10 Architecture Scene. SLETH presents recent projects at the Aarhus School of Architecture the 10 dec. 2010.
11 10 Booksale. Our new book will be sold in Aarhus and Copenhagen, at the bookstores Tutein + Koch and Architegn.
09 10 SLETH book. We are proud to present our works in a new book published by the office. A survey and selection of projects developed from 2005-2010.
08 10 ”Q&A: Urban Questions _ Copenhagen Answers”. SLETH is representing Denmark at the 12th International Architecture Exhibition - La Biennale di Venezia with the NorthHarbour project.
